Today started with a beautiful walk in Kapalua.
and a stop to rest and see the fish..
After some errands and naps, Heidi decided to try some food for the very first time. She got some avocado!
Daniel was a pro helping with the spoon.
Heidi was an eating pro! I could hardly believe how well she did. She ate almost all that we gave her and didn't really make too much of a mess. She had no problem using the spoon/swallowing. I think she was probably thinking "what took ya so long!?"
Look at that. There is not much avocado on that bib/face! She did great!
