Where Have We Been?

Oy, it's been a really busy week.  We have all kinds of pictures from our one night stay in a cabin in Hana last weekend but haven't had time to post them.

I'm playing piano for the middle school play this weekend, so I've been in rehearsals every afternoon/evening this week.  Out of the 5 work days this week, 4 of them have been 13-14 hours long...ugh.  Daniel has gotten to hang out at rehearsals with me a bit and has been a real trooper.   He's my trusty assistant.  Now if I can just teach him to turn my pages for me...that'd be real valuable!

This morning he decided that he wanted to play in his crib.  It was pretty weird, because he NEVER plays in his crib.  Regardless, he thought it was pretty funny for us to throw all of his stuffed animals and balls in there with him.

What a party.  

Hopefully I'll get to post some Hana pictures this weekend.  Tomorrow will basically be spent at school with open house and two shows, but maybe Sunday...who knows.

Pizza

We went out to a new pizza place last night (thanks to a giftcard).  They didn't have any appetizers or food to distract toddlers, but they did give us some pizza dough to play with!

And of course, because we always do, we went to see the ducks.  But today was different...for the first time we spent the $2 on a bag of duck/fish food.  We were pretty popular.

Drum

Whoa, it's been awhile since I've posted.  I guess things have been busy for us with work, getting broken into/robbed, daycare closed, etc.

I'm so very happy the weekend is here and hope to make the most of it.  Hopefully that means some more pictures coming soon.

In the mean time, Danny got to spend a little time at Seabury after school on Thursday.  He loves coming and playing with the middle schoolers and acting like he owns the place.  He got to play this awesome drum in the drama room.
