Some shots from Easter weekend and beyond.
Of course we had to dye some eggs.
Nap hair, don't care.
I made some pretty flaky biscuits on Easter morning. My flakiest yet!
Daniel was thrilled to search for Easter eggs. So much so that we did it a bazillion times that day. And have been doing it every day since. Today the eggs seem to have disappeared though...hmm..
We always love a good trip to the playground.
More egg hunting.
We went for a walk in Iao Valley.
We had a meeting with our incoming head of school. She's currently at an international school in Milan, Italy. She brought us all limoncello. Not a bad first impression...
Daniel got to open presents from Grandma and Grandpa.
The faces our kids make while awaiting pastries...
Yet another trip to the playground...this is what happens when you like to get your kids outside but you don't have a yard I guess.
On Saturday I had to spend a couple of hours collecting botanicals to make lei for our seventh graders. We were collecting in a protected lands and it was so gorgeous.
After sneaking into a hotel pool/play area for awhile, this kid was posing in the parking lot.
Then we stopped for a burger.
And here is Daniel, modeling the latest in toddler fashion.
Complete with Easter egg glasses.
